          • Yes. We offer shipping across India. Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared to help you monitor its journey.

          • Atelier Edition products purchased during the anniversary sale are considered sale items. As per our return policy, sale products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect or transit damage reported within the specified timeline.

          • Yes. The Atelier Edition is a specially curated anniversary collection and many products are available in limited quantities. Once a product is sold out, it may not be restocked during the sale period.

          • In the unlikely event of transit damage, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs and an uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened. This helps us process your request efficiently.
