In the odd case that you do not like our handcrafted / hand printed products, here is our policy on returns, however the product should be packaged well and received by us in intact condition without any breakage.
1. Products that are eligible for return, can be returned within 10 days (7 days for jewellery) of receiving the product.
2. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will deal with this on case by case basis, only products which seem genuinely damaged during shipping will be liable for change.
3. The returns team must receive and approve your return request. Once approved you will receive a token number. Please courier the item back with the token number clearly visible on the package. (The returns courier has to be borne by the customer)
4. Not all products are eligible for returns. In order to maintain fairness to our artisans and craftsmen, as well as keep our prices fair, many items are "Final Sale." Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
5. Once your return has been authorised, we'd be happy to process your refund to the same payment mode that you used to place this order, we will initiate the refund after we receive the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.

7. All returns are subject to the discretion of Namrata Kedia Design. But we want you see your happy smile each time you get our products :)
8. In case our item is not upto your expectations and you desire to return the same; as per our policy the refund amount will not include the shipping cost. The shipping cost of returning the item has to be borne by our customer. The refund will be made once the item is received less the shipping cost. However in case of replacement, entire shipping cost of returning damaged item and dispatch of fresh item will be borne by Namrata Kedia Design.
