Returns & Exchanges Policy
At Namrata Kedia Design, each piece is crafted with great care and attention. We want every product you receive to reflect our promise of quality.
Please read the eligibility criteria below before requesting a return or exchange.
1. Eligibility Criteria*
1.1 Home Category Products
Home category products are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except when:
* The product delivered has a quality or manufacturing defect, or
* The product has been delivered broken or damaged.
If you receive a damaged item, please photograph the defect immediately upon opening the package.
1.2 Reporting Damage
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged:
* Email us a clear photograph of the damaged product within 24 hours* of receiving your order.
* Our team will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis.
* Only items that appear to be genuinely damaged during shipping will be eligible for replacement.
1.3 Return Approval
* All returns/exchanges must be requested and approved by our Returns Team before you ship the item back.
*Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.
1.4 Import Duties
It is the customer’s responsibility to be informed of and pay any applicable import duties at the time of delivery.
1.5 Non-Returnable Categories
The following categories are *not eligible* for returns or exchanges:
* Products purchased during sale periods or at discounted pricing
* Accessories and Jewellery
*Customised items
*Special bulk orders
2. Exchanges*
If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria:
* We will gladly exchange the product and offer a fresh piece of the same design (subject to availability).
If the same item is unavailable, our team will guide you on alternative resolutions.
3. Refunds*
Once your return request is authorised:
* Please courier the item back to us (customer-borne).
* After we receive the item and it successfully passes all *quality checks*,
we will process a *refund to the same payment mode used during purchase.
4. Timelines & Support*
* We aim to process approved returns within *7 working days* of receiving the item.
